Newly-revealed documents obtained by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch reveal that the Obama State Department allowed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin to remove sensitive documents that were not to be made public records.

Judicial Watch received the records on Thursday in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that sought all DS-1904 forms completed by or on behalf of Former Secretary Hillary Clinton, Former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, Former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, and Former Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan.

Clinton and Abedin were permitted to remove both electronic and physical records, claiming "they were 'personal' materials and 'unclassified, non-record materials,' including files of Clinton’s calls and schedules, which were not to be made public."

Hopefully there're other ways to get this info. Inquiring minds would like to know who paid to play during her tenure as SoS, and how much she, ol' radish nose and their "foundation" made off with.

They also allowed them to destroy lots of other evidence as I recall.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Hell the FBI allowed Hillary to destroy laptops which had been used as evidence.   Guess now we know why.

This is what bothers me. All of the direct evidence being uncovered now relating to collusion between the FBI and the Clintons were obvious circumstantially two years ago, yet no one in the GOP seemed interested in pursuing the facts. They knew.

The remaining question is one of how many of the GOP in DC profited from the Clintons' illegal activities, too? After the AL Special Election, it's pretty damned obvious they did not want anyone likely to be a whistleblower present in the ranks.

They probably did, yes.  The Republicans don't like doing "politically sensitive" things, like go after the first woman running for President, or fighting back against charges of sexual impropriety because it is against a protected "class."

This gives the Democrats the ultimate veto power over how Republicans behave and campaign.  What we saw recently in AL is a pretty good example of how it works.  They usually get even alleged fellow Republicans to help them.

Since they had to use one of these to haul the goods away, I wonder why this did not come to light earlier?

Yeah, you know.....just conversations Hill had with foreign leaders about Chelsea's wedding and yoga routines.
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.
