Pelosi tells second Democrat to quit amid sexual harassment allegation

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called for yet another one of her Democratic colleagues to resign after allegations of sexual harassment surfaced Friday against Rep. Ruben Kihuen.

The first-term Nevada Democrat had been considered a young rising star within his party. But his rise appeared to have been derailed by a report in BuzzFeed that he repeatedly made advances toward a campaign staffer and touched her thigh without her consent.

“In Congress, no one should face sexual harassment in order to work in an office or in a campaign. The young woman’s documented account is convincing, and I commend her for the courage it took to come forward,” Mrs. Pelosi said in a statement.

With the Michael Flynn guilty plea, the passage of of the GOP Senate tax bill, and the atrocious Kate Steinle verdict, hardly anyone noticed that another democrat in Congress is facing sexual harassment charges. A woman alleges that Nevada democratic Rep. Ruben Kihuen repeatedly pressured her for sex while she worked on his 2016 campaign. I guess if an accusation like this is going to come out, it’s pretty good for the Congressman that it happened when so much other stuff was going on.

There have been Europeans that are not Hispanic, that settled in Mexico.

I once met a fellow from Mexico city, who came from Eastern Europe.

A popular Music style in Mexico, comes from Polka.

I had a workmate that stated some in his family tree, came from Russia.

Somewhat rare, too. But not all that unusual. Remember Gov. Richardson, NM ?? Mixed marriage.
