 The purpose of this four-day workshop was to review purported physical evidence associated with UFO reports, with a view to assessing whether the further acquisition and investigation of such evidence is likely to help solve the UFO problem, namely the determination of the cause or causes of these reports.

Again, the answer is that they do. There are rather well-authenticated cases spanning a wide variety of "physical effects." Car-stopping cases are one important class. UFOs have repeatedly been associated with ignition failures and light-failures of cars and trucks which came near UFOs or near which the UFOs moved. I would estimate that one could assemble a list of four or five dozen such instances from various parts of the world. Interference with radios and TV receptions have been reported many times in connection with UFO sightings. There are instances where UFOs have been reported as landing, and after departure, holes in the ground, or depressions in sod or disturbed vegetation patterns have been described. In many such instances, the evident reliability of the witnesses is high, the likelihood of hoax or artifice small. A limited number of instances of residues left behind are on record, but these are not backed up by meaningful laboratory analyses, unfortunately.

There are a number of articles around about the physical evidence. There's an organization dedicated to sending scientific teams to sites around the world to collect evidence from hard evidence.


I don't know why more folks fail to appreciate the serious realities of the solid hard evidence. There is an abundance of it available and much of it has been collected in scientific ways and analyzed properly by credentialed scientists. Yet the naysayer shills still refuse to give it due respect.

I just posted a link to a LONG article on the whole thing--including meetings of various scientists from around the world about it, etc.

I certainly think it is a genuine UFO incident. Beyond that--hard to say.

I do think that the professional scientific and analytic treatment the incident received is another incremental advancement of gradual disclosure.

Beyond that--it's a bit disappointing in that it's "merely" another distant blob in the sky etc. etc. etc.

There are a LOT more interesting details coming from whistle blowers and citizen experiencers. Sadly, such data tend to not get the respect due them--so far.
