That most prominent fact cannot be acknowledged by liberals for ideological reasons. The lie that racist white cops gun down innocent black males by the hundreds daily must be what people read and hear about. That's the line I've heard ever since the sixties.
In fact, from reading articles in websites for blacks like "The Root", black scribblers refuse to believe what happens literally in front of their faces. They wish to believe the myth that whites are just as violent as blacks, but their crimes are covered up by the authorities. I recently read an article in The Root where some black writer wrote exactly that.
It will take some person on the level of the president to tell black people the truth...they commit a staggering amount of crime, and they are the only people responsible for it, not Evil Whitey. It's well past time to tell them that.
