A staffer for Paul Ryan just made the best baby announcement video ever

One could be forgiven for thinking that Michael Bay produced all of Speaker of the House Paul Ryan's videos. The digital shorts are full of power ballads, close-ups, and so many lens flares. Altogether, they add some welcome drama to otherwise boring topics such as appropriations bills and continuing resolutions.
That cinematography is the work of Caleb Smith, Ryan's digital communications director, who normally stays behind the camera.
