There are few politicians in Washington more universally shunned for their antics than California’s Maxine Waters.

The democratic representative has been attempting to make a name for herself by jumping headfirst onto the “resistance” bandwagon, spending more time on attacking the President than she ever has on legislating or working for her ultraliberal constituents in her home state.
