The “acoustic attack” that injured American and Canadian diplomats in Castrogonia is nothing new.

Cuban political prisoners were subjected to “acoustic torture” torture decades ago, and so were American prisoners of war in Vietnam who were tortured by Cuban Castronoids.

Not only that, it seems that the KGB invented this form of torture.

We've done stuff, they've done stuff. We are not all righteous but, this is the type of stuff that would happen behind the Iron Curtain, East Germany and Cuba.  It's not surprising to hear about.
