NEW YORK, NY (The New York Post) – Cops arrested the bare-chested sicko who allegedly sexually assaulted an off-duty female cop on a Queens subway train.

Fnu Kamruzzaman, 27, was on a Manhattan-bound 7 train when he exposed himself to the 36-year-old woman and rubbed his genitals on her at around 10:20 a.m. Friday, according to police.
