@Oceander @mystery-ak I'm not going to discount her entirely. Way too soon to say either way. However, I think the Dems may be looking at this last election cycle wrong.
Let's rule out any major events between now and 2020 like major conflicts, huge economic changes, impeachment, etc....
In this last election, many key areas of states like PA, FL, NC, and MI had significantly lower black voter turnout than '08 and '12. They probably believe that in itself can be the difference. What is being overlooked is the number of 3rd party voters and ones who just stayed home because of the binary choice. No major upheavals and normal, steady economic growth would bring a lot of those voters back into the fold and likely not for her.
His squabbling with the press is tiresome to me, but the more they go after him, the more people want to stick it to them. That's a dual edged sword, however. As much as I detest the MSM bias, I also don't want to end up with The Rent Is Too Damn High dude in office.
