We already all knew this whole Global Warming/Climate Change crap was a total fraud from the beginning.
One of the main authors of this hoax to push Marxism worldwide has refused to turn over his data in the ‘climate science trial of the century' and refused to comply with a Judge's order that he remit his data used to create the 'hockey stick' "proof" of man-made global warming to the court in a libel suit against another climate scientist.
In the usual arrogance displayed from Socialists and Marxists, Mann had filed a strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) in the British Columbia Supreme Court six years ago to stifle and end any potential public discourse or challenge to 'his findings'. That filing green-lit Mann's multi-million dollar libel suit against climatologist Dr. Tim Ball who was dragged into court on those libel charges over his book ‘The Deliberate Corruption of Climate Science‘ and the subsequent court case has infuriated the judge who had ordered Mann to turn over his data so it can be examined as to the charges of libel and Mann and his lawyer have repeatedly refused to do so.
The article suggests that a criminal investigation against Mann could be initiated in the US as Canada's court has ruled in it's contempt charge that Mann has deliberately hid data from the courts because his conclusions are fake, which is part of their 'Truth Defense' .
One has to wonder if Al Gore, the High Priest of Climate Change Religion will lose followers from his false religion, but I doubt it. Marxists understand that if you tell the big lie often enough and get everyone to repeat it (as has been done) - it doesn't matter what kind of truth is revealed, the people will hold onto the lie as the only truth and refuse to consider that they have been hoodwinked. They will simply double-down on this and shout louder over the top of everyone who cite this court case.
That's what I suspect will happen in the fallout of this.
The Left and governments around the world in the West have too much invested in this hoax to let it go.
