For one Cameroon native, a family history of military service to his nation inspired him from an early age.
“Growing up, I looked up to my grandfather. I admired his professionalism, the way he wore the uniform with pride and his sense of sacrifice for the country,” said Air Force Capt. Claude Betene A Dooko. “That’s what I admire; he shaped my mind.”
