“Skittles photographer” is suing Donald Trump for copyright infringement after Trump used the Skittles photograph in an anti-immigration campaign without the photographer’s permission.
David Kittos, a refugee-turned-photographer based in the UK, took a photograph of a bowl of Skittles candy. In September, Kittos discovered that Donald Trump Jr had used the Skittles picture in a campaign graphic about the “Syrian refugee problem”. But Trump did not have permission to use Kittos’ Skittles photograph. .....
