Many of us have noticed the increasingly violent nature of the left's political rhetoric over the past years, which has accelerated in the past several months.

What in the world is wrong with suggesting that what clearly is an assassination attempt is a result of this trend? How in the world do you expect to prevent more violence if we do not identify its root cause?

Well, I think I can see why the Left are such apologists for the jihadis they seem to give a free pass every time they turn around.

Lest we fall prey to the same mindset, I would have to credit the "radical" Democrat Party with a terrorist event.

Pretty much any trauma victim with that long a surgical procedure and presumably multiple transfusions will go to the ICU post op.  Respiratory and renal function need to be closely monitored and further transfusion need is possible.  It is not surprising at all he is in the icu which buys you a critical listing

It is easier to secure the area in ICU as well, at least in most hospitals I have been in. Access is limited from the git-go.

Serbian Nationalists were Greek Orthodox Christians who opposed the Austro-Hungarian Empire's rule over their territories.  Gavrillo Princip was a guerrilla fighter who fought against the Ottoman Turk Muslims and opposed the Austro-Hungarian regime after it implemented martial law to quell all Serbian Independence and nationalist groups.  He declared himself a nationalist hero for Serbia after gunning down the Archduke and his wife.

WWI started because Europe assumed that the Serbian government used the Black Hand guerrilla group as a proxy to kill the Archduke and thus all the secret defense treaties that Europe signed with one another cascaded into world war.

I have been predicting ever since the shooting happened that it wouldn't take the left more than a day or two to justify the shooting by saying "the poor man was distressed because the evil Republicans took away his Obomber Care!"

Didn't even take them until dark.

How many millions are distressed because Obummer care took away their insurance and/or their full time job? It not only made it mandatory for full-time employees, but made insurance far more expensive for less real coverage because of the specifications involved. A lot of catastrophic care policies just disappeared.

Yet none of those people who LOST their insurance have gone on shooting sprees. Maybe it's because they're working two jobs...
