That’s what’s so scary. Imagine if the actual terrorists weren’t even considered bad enough or dangerous enough to make the list.

And how are you truly adequately going to follow 23,000+ jihadis?

Hey, are we to understand that MI5, the domestic security service of the U.K., has identified 23,000 jihadi suspects on British soil?
