Lee: Comey testifying that he was pressured would be surprising
By Rebecca Savransky - 06/01/17 07:55 AM EDT

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) said early Thursday that he would be surprised to hear former FBI Director James Comey testify that President Trump pressed him to end a federal investigation into former national security advisor Michael Flynn.

"I'm not sure, but that would surprise me," Lee said on CNN's "New Day" when asked what would happen if Comey testifies that Trump pressed him to back off the investigation into Flynn.

Considering Comey already testified the opposite, it would place him in a legal quandary.
