She certainly sang an extensive number of songs, not just the hits we know.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMlALAaEwfAIn the early '90s, Great Britain had a tv show entitled "Lipstick on your collar". A drama, soap, there is some of it on youtube.
She has sung songs geared towards the Italian, Spanish, German, French and the Israeli market. She even sang in Japanese, I'd be curious how that came off. She has an album with Hank Williams Jr. (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connie_Francis_and_Hank_Williams_Jr._Sing_Great_Country_Favorites ) of all folks and sang with Marvin Rainwater, another country singer. I don't know for sure about Como, Sinatra or Dean Martin but it seems like some of the crooners sang about everything. It almost looks like overkill on singing but these are different times.
She even sang a number of patriotic type songs. I have her bio.
Neil Sedaka wrote or co-wrote her hit, "Where the boys are" which was for a movie.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuI_5_AWvK4A few of the songs look like they might be best left unheard of though.
Even that "Na Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye" song is listed as Connie having sung it but I don't see it on youtube.
Anyway, a fine American artist.
