Sgt Peppers is supposed to be the number 1 selling album of all time,and PBS is doing a special on the album and the making of it on Saturday night,3 June. Supposed to be film of the Beatles in the studio making it,along with "never seen before" film footage.
To me,it seemed like the Beatles were just playing and having fun before Sgt Peppers. Then they got serious,and it seems to me and many others that when this album was released it changed how popular music was put together and performed.
