Has The Time For A New “Declaration Of Independence” Arrived ?

December 13, 2014
We Hold These Truths To Be Self-Evident …

Given the current state of our union and the endless progressive “long march” through our institutions that has culminated in the election of our first “black president” and possibly in a few days our first “woman president” both of whom are shining examples of the “Leviathan State” , we thought that perhaps it is time to review our amazing origins and make note of just how far we have fallen.

Below the reader with find the complete , unabridged text of the most important political document in the history of the free world . We have endeavored to give current and up to date examples of the grievances our Founding Fathers sought to eliminate in declaring their independence from a distant , unresponsive and out-of-touch government .

These examples are available to be read by clicking on the links throughout the text of the historic document below as well as biographies of all those brave men who dared put their signatures to paper and effectively flipped the bird to King George III and Parliament in defiance of what at the time was the most powerful nation on earth .

We have been repeatedly told that question was settled in the 1860's and the answer is NO.

NO - we have no right to declare independence from the Federal Beast.
Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers and destroyers press upon them so fast that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon [the] American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour." - John Adams, February 6, 1775

Sure we do.  If our rights are God-given, and this beast is taking them away, we have the right to reassert ourselves.

You and I know that, but I have been told REPEATEDLY by those who INSIST that legally, we have no right to separate ourselves from the Federal Government (because that is what elections are for) - and the question about whether or not we had a right to do so, was settled in 1865.

These are also the people who scoff, laugh at and ridicule any notion that the second Amendment is not there for hunting purposes only.

And then there are those Yankees even within the GOP who assert that a Separation and reassertment is rebellion, and therefore evil and unlawful.  These are folks who advocate voting more Republicans/Article V and other efforts to assuage tyranny and overcome it via civil means.

Which will never happen.
