More than a dozen house republicans sponsored House Bills 4416-4419, a package of bills recently that would remove licensing requirement for concealed pistol carriers.Sponsors of the legislation say the goal is to ensure "law abiding" citizens don't need to jump through hoops to carry a concealed pistol for self-defense.Under the proposed bill, the state would continue issuing concealed pistol licenses, but eliminates the requirement to carry a license in Michigan.
I saw a guy open carrying in Kroger in Jackson just the other day.
The place is changing quite a bit. I wished I could have carried back when I was going to Kroger in Jackson.
