This was predictable -- the feds' attempt to shut off all highway funds for states that didn't set a 55 m.p.h. speed limit was struck down as well. Trump did have a stronger argument here, though, in that Congress' power over immigration is supposed to be plenary, so states shouldn't be able to erect active roadblocks. But just failing to actively cooperate...I dunno. That's a tougher argument to make.
