Is that three or four major flip flops today? I approve of this flip flop but I do find it funny..

We've known all along what he says one day doesn't necessarily hold true for the next day AND what he says and what he does usually are two different things.  He seemed to be doing ok there for awhile.  I'm seriously wondering if he's not on his meds today maybe??  Maybe he missed a dose?  Jet lag?

Shouldn't all the NATO fans here be celebrating this wise judgement instead of denigrating the President? Seems the only ones who should be upset by this are hardcore Trump fans.

@Frank Cannon   He did get the NATO Members to pony up more of their fair share in the Defense of their Countries and that CF they created in Libya, I guess I'm a little slow cause I just can't wrap my brain around his mythology (sic), NO, I didn't read his book.

   I want to know who he was listening to then when NATO was deemed Obsolete, and more important who is he listening to now?

Here's what the President actually said @edpc ... it's just a couple of minutes long and well worth listening to.

President Trump continues his promise to work to enhance NATO by finding new solutions for today's problems of migration and terrorism and adapt to the challenges of the future.  "We cannot be trapped by the tired thinking ....."

The President is also confident an agreement will be reached--- members will pay their financial obligations and pay what they owe ...  2% of GDP to defense.

'Candidate' Trump called them "obsolete".   'President' Trump got commitments from NATO countries that haven't been their full share of dues...for decades.
