Glad to hear it as opioid abuse has become an epidemic.  Now for the second and most important phase...TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION!!   The stats from 2016 indicate that 78 people die daily from opioid overdose. I recently heard that the number has now climbed to 99 drug overdose deaths daily.

Maybe they do, but there's a big difference between being on a task force that busts narcotics rings and being the dude whose job is to retrieve Elian Gonzalez.

The current 'war' on drugs has failed.  We need to follow Portugal's example; decriminalization, treatment and rehabilitation.
