Why are the cops hiding their faces like in Mexico?
Probably so they won't go home some day to find their family chopped to pieces.
When has that actually happened?
Perhaps they aren't interested in being first. They're dealing with organized and dangerous elements, not just street junkies.
Glad to hear it as opioid abuse has become an epidemic. Now for the second and most important phase...TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION!! The stats from 2016 indicate that 78 people die daily from opioid overdose. I recently heard that the number has now climbed to 99 drug overdose deaths daily.https://www.hhs.gov/opioids/http://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/78-people-die-day-opioid-overdose-surgeon-general-says-landmark-n685366
Or maybe they just get off on looking like that.
And the ware on drugs and militarization of our police has done little to help.
