I'm on the fence re:  wide leg cropped pants.  But she does wear them well.  I've seen too many women wearing them who look like they're wearing tight leggings with a flare at the bottom to allow for blood circulation.   :laugh:

Yes, I've seen that, too.  Also, it's a look that really doesn't flatter anyone who's not tall and slim.

He looks like your average metrosexual.  They're quite common.

@Sanguine

Yep, unfortunately.

Can you tell me what does flatter someone who is short and fat?

Newsflash @Frank Cannon ... this wouldn't look good on a tall, thin woman.   ^-^

But, let's cut her some slack.  This looks like it's from the Obama years.

We're having a dry spell, so does anyone object if I hit Pinterest and Tumblr a little later to snag some Melania pics?

This looks like it's from the Obama years.
Speaking of the Mooch:
Quote
Last Tuesday, while giving a talk at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference, Michelle let it slip that her husband, the former leader of the free world, wore the same tuxedo to every black tie event during his two presidential terms. “That’s the unfair thing,” she said. “No matter what we do, he puts on that same tux.”

Michelle, a graduate of Harvard Law, also noted just how unfair the double-standard is when it comes to expectations for men and women.

“Now, people take pictures of the shoes I wear, the bracelets, the necklace,” she noted. “They didn’t comment [on] that for eight years, he wore that same tux, same shoes."  ...

Not FLOTUS by any means...but as far as fashion; Chelsea was criticized for wearing 'frayed' shoes.  Certainly she can afford another pair just like it and secondly, wearing nude pumps with a black suit looks hideous.

Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

I just came up with a brilliant idea, I think

A page a day calendar of Melania's beautiful dresses and shoes.....with her in it obviously

Shoes in poor condition.
Ugly shade of "nude"...looks like cat upchuck.
Clunky shape when she could have chosen a more attractive one.
Skin on legs ugly and dry looking.
Veiny feet.

Par for the course.

This is why I will never stop loving nylons and tights.  I don't care if I'm the only one who wears them, they just make legs look good.  And you can find them so sheer they're barely there.  No need to resort to Leggs Suntan, lol.

I refuse to wear them.  Maybe to meet the Pope, but even that's doubtful.  It's hot and humid here, most of the year. Not gonna do it.

@Sanguine

Most women agree with you, I think.  We have hot, humid summers here, but they don't bother me much, and I don't find them constricting.  I actually like the way control tops feel.

My sister-in-law got married and the wedding was held on her farm....it was warm, but not bad.  My husband's aunt kept asking me if I wanted to crawl into their truck to take off my pantyhose (super sheer, barely there Spanx brand that comes in a range of shades for fair skin).  I said nope, but she kept at it..."Come on with me, let's go so you can take those things off."  Geez!  I finally had to say "IT'S NOT HAPPENING."
