There are four people looking to their right in the picture. The lady in the brown dress and Trump appear to be looking in the same direction. Also the 'Migrant' message part (on the t-shirt) just doesn't have the same image quality as the rest of the shirt when you zoom in, and may have been added later.

Love the shoes! The dress, not so much. I also did not care for the flowerpot jacket. But Melania can pull just about anything off and look classy.  I'm glad she's the First Lady. Shudder to think of what Mooch would have been wearing...
