So, eight years ago, the Office of Congressional Ethics was created. Now, an ethics charge has been made against Nunes. None of us know if he violated ethics rules or not. He surely took some strange actions including shutting down the committee meetings. That will be dealt with - and the committee is now back to a functioning committee.
One thing we do know - the Director of the FBI has said there is an ongoing investigation into ties of Trump and his associates with the Russians. That is happening, it is a fact.
The rest of this stuff, such as identities of people being made known from collected "secret" information, is hazy, opinions are all over the board, and no one knows the truth of it. Gossip comes from both sides. Eventually, perhaps the committees will find out what happened.
