FAIRFIELD, CT — Former Forbes magazine publisher James Berrien, 64, of Westport, has been granted accelerated rehabilitation in connection to an incident late last year in which he was accused of scaring a bus full of elementary school students during an alleged road rage incident in Fairfield, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports that the breach of peace and disorderly conduct charges will be erased in six months if Berrien stays out of trouble through the probation program.

Berrien was arrested for the Dec. 21 incident in which he was accused of blocking the bus with his car and forcing his way onto the bus by prying the doors open, according to previous reports.

The bus driver told police that Berrien screamed at him after entering the bus, according to NBC Connecticut.

6 months probation for pushing and scaring kids.  :soangry:
