I actually had to check to see if Michelle Krupa was a comedy or satire writer for CNN this was so stupid- she isn't.

Humor is a valuable tool when illustrating a point — unless your name is CNN. In that event you fact-check it. In this case, CNN smugly reported that Russian dressing isn’t actually Russian at all. Scott Whitlock, associate editor for The Media Research Center reported:
