 Getaway Driver Faces Murder Charges After Teen Kills Home Invaders

An Oklahoma woman is facing three counts of first degree murder and three counts of first-degree burglary after three masked home invaders were shot and killed by a 19-year old man as they broke into his father’s home.

    Three teens dressed in black and wearing masks and gloves were killed by a resident when they broke into a home, Oklahoma authorities said Monday.

    The 23-year-old son of the homeowner fired shots from a rifle; officials said. One suspect had a knife, another carried brass knuckles.

Charge her with being an accessory or whatever but charging her for murder is more than a bit much.

In my opinion no murder occurred, just justifiable homicide at most.

It's been that way a long time.  She helped commit the crime.

In California she faces the SAME charges as any of them who entered the property, and caused a life to be lost.

"Murder" may not be the correct legal/technical term, but my first sentence is the gist of the law.

Apparently that neighborhood had a lot of recent breaking.   TheY had a knife and brass knuckles.   They were prepared to harm people. 

I've been the victim of a break in.   They got what they deserved and so will she.
