DNI is denying the order (I assume they are denying what is going around blogs is authentic and/or enacted, this doesn't get into that much detail).

IE, if true what the DNI says, it could be one of two things.

1. The order that many have seen and published isn't real.
2. What we are seeing is a request, not an order. So they are being specific on the action versus the request.
