The White House will propose drastically cutting back on foreign aid spending, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) director Mick Mulvaney said on Fox News.

The money saved abroad will then be spent at home, he explained.

A lot of countries shouldn't be getting anything. A lot of "foreign aid" is the overseas spending that goes to NGO's and private organizations in countries around the world. That should be ended completely.

Formerly  General Mattis wrote to Obama demanding no cuts to the State Department because our national security depends upon populations not being poor and impoverished.
Hah, kind of OBL and his ilk.  There has always been plenty of money thrown towards recruiting America haters.  Why do we have to continue to fund these countries.
