A Sessions non-recusal does not change that. Release of the transcripts of the conversation that killed Flynn would go a long way toward exposing the whole hatchet job this is.

Sessions' manner is way too smiley and conciliatory.

He's leaving himself open to all kinds of stuff. "Well I don't recall...and I can't be sure...and those ambassadors are gossipy."  Dumb.

Conversations that he had told them did not exist. That is the issue.

Dozens of people have been escorted out of this admin for failing background checks. When you think lying is a good thing, these things happen

That's just it. It doesn't matter,  recusing himself, now leaves it up to the MSM to interpret.

Maybe Giuliani would have been a better choice.
