Eh, I wouldn't vote for Pat Meehan for dog catcher. He is a POS. The only reason the party wants him to run is because he has money. He would lose a statewide race against Casey. Charlie Dent is a Rat who only wins reelection because they absurdly gerrymandered his seat so that anyone with an R after their name would win. He runs basically unopposed it is so bad. Even with that he has a high undervote. The PA GOP needs to get their act together and stop looking at garbage to run for Senate.
