Watergate was just a second rate break in too. But it exposed far bigger problems.Besides. The girl was banging half the gaming media so if anything, Gamergate prevented a VD outbreak ;)

I will never forgive that mess for shooting Anitia Sarkesian to prominence though.

Got to admit, I prefer a bit of shape to female characters in-game, sexist or no. I usually play as one, since if I'm watching the screen for a while, why the hell do I want to be looking at some big bruiser? Want to see that I go to work.

When I get a decent system, it's the one I'll be buying. There's an Elder Scrolls mod for it. 

Fallout looks appealing in a way - granddaughter plays it - but it's honestly a little too close to my life half the time to be what I want in a game.

It is almost like both operate just outside of reality, crossing the line where they take out the fictions or virtual world and bring their activities and attitudes to real life.

Maybe worth a discussion for another thread.

Back on topic - He's defended pedophilia three times that I'm aware of. This video, in a blog post (since removed, but I think there's an archive copy of it still) and at a public appearance during the height of the whole Gamergate thing. He's also semi-defended it from his own point of view as a youngster with an older guy a few times.
