Obama EPA chief Gina McCarthy says she'll keep close tabs on Pruitt
Washington Examiner, Feb 17, 2017, John Siciliano

Former President Barack Obama's environmental chief, Gina McCarthy, said Friday that she will be keeping a close eye on newly confirmed EPA chief Scott Pruitt as he takes the helm of the agency she once commanded.

McCarthy issued a statement after the vote, saying she will be keeping tabs on Pruitt as he takes over the reins of the agency. He is scheduled to address the staff Tuesday.
 
"Every action" Pruitt makes, McCarthy said, will be eyed "very closely" by her "to ensure the Trump administration upholds science and the law."

McCarthy said now was not the "time to roll back the agency's work or weaken our long-held protections, it's time to work hand-in-hand with states, local communities and tribes to protect the most vulnerable among us and create the jobs of the future."

Terminated for cause.  I would assume she's simply being dismissed.  Of course unemployment benefits don't apply to political appointees, so it's all kinda moot anyway.

If she's not going to jail, I'll console myself with the knowledge that she's out of a job.

Incarceration might be the preferred outcome, but the Left never cared if their paragons had a record before, in fact, it ads street cred.

First thing he should do is have security escort her to the door. Nothing she will do to help in a transition. All  she will do is sabotage the transition.
