Last Thursday, the Trump administration was rocked by the withdrawal of Chuck Cooper for the key Justice Department position of solicitor general. And now the push is on to find Cooper's replacement.

Cooper's decision to drop out was due to the rough treatment given Sen. Jeff Sessions at the hands of Senate Democrats, which has raised questions about just how many conservative Republicans are willing to be nominated to major positions and submit to the Senate confirmation process.

I have a suggestion!

Offer the job to J. Christian Adams!
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
