On May 4th, 2016, retired Aerospace Engineer and author William Tompkins revealed that a 1955 photo showing a shining metallic disc-shaped object "standing" on a US Navy warship is real.  Tompkins recently wrote a book titled "Selected by  Extraterrestrials," an autobiography of his early life up to his eventual discovery of a Nordic alien race assisting the United States military, a relationship that appears to have started in the 1940s and the continued well into the 70s.

In addition to this interesting news item, there is the busy scene of UFO and Alien Disclosure going on in the background. Everyone from former Blink 182 guitarist Tom Delonge to the CIA seems to be preparing for a world where aliens here on Earth is a known truth. Could this recent news story be part of Disclosure? What do you think?

BTW, I'm still looking for at least 3-4 people to dialogue about William Tompkins' book, narrative, disclosures--either on a public thread or via private messages.

I strongly believe that regardless of how much his narrative may be influenced or injected with disinformation, a LOT of it is more or less true as he experienced it. AND that many aspects of the factoids in his narrative will have far reaching impacts on the daily lives of all on the planet in the not distant future.

According to comments, that ship was not in service in 1955, not until later years.

I don't believe UFO people who do not tell a UFO story until many years after the "event" happened.

Could well be an accurate debunking.

It could also well be that the 93 year old Tompkins messed up on the name of the ship or the year or some such.

I think one has to sift the evidence as a detective . . . vs . . . as a prosecuting atny.

I also think it's unwise to toss all of a narrative because some  bits are inaccurate. 12 witnesses to an auto accident 10 minutes ago will have shockingly different descriptions of what happened.

A surprising number of bits can be a bit askew or even plainly wrong . . . while the over all narrative is mostly still accurate.

Those look like A6 Intruder aircraft, introduced in 1963, not 1955.

I haven't looked into it.

The struts/landing gear looked out of place, to me . . . i.e. not designed to fit the craft.

I wonder if it was some kind of made-up stock photo as a mere illustration. But that doesn't make a lot of sense given the article.

I have seen a different photo of a UFO purportedly landed on an aircraft carrier. The photo must have been taken from the island/tower as it's looking down on the craft from about that height and angle. It looked quite a bit more authentic.

I was also a bit surprised about 'that was the way the critters met with our leaders at the time' bit of the narrative. The historic narrative contends it was at Air Force bases.

Not sure what to make of Tompkins' name being associated with such a questionable story.
