The only difference is which version of the same term the editor chooses to affix to the story.
Because someone decided to use a term to describe something that you don't personally agree with...doesn't make it fake news.

The info contained in the story is factually correct. Trump was going to visit the H-D plant in Milwaukee...but do to the threat of protests...H-D decided not to go ahead with the visit.
