Remember when banning refugees was historic?
« on: February 02, 2017, 04:49:59 pm »
A mere 3 weeks ago, Obama historically acted and permanently ended our policy of accepting Cuban refugees!  It feels like an eternity ago, so I had to go pull up a few articles.  Here is one example and an excerpt:

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2017/01/12/obama-ends-wet-foot-dry-foot-policy-cubans/96505172/

"Effective immediately, Cuban nationals who attempt to enter the United States illegally and do not qualify for humanitarian relief will be subject to removal," Obama said. "By taking this step, we are treating Cuban migrants the same way we treat migrants from other countries."

Everybody from the media to Republicans, failed to call Obama on so much of his agenda, fearing the racist labels.

A book could have been written about the first black President of the US.

"None Dared Question" (or why he sailed through 8 years with little scrutiny or opposition)

Question now: How many military careers ended, for people that wouldn't go along with Obama's transgender military, his weak measures against Islamic forces, etc.?
