Jerry Falwell, Jr., president of Liberty University, says he’s been asked by President Donald Trump to helm a federal task force that will advise the Department of Education, proposing potential changes to policies and procedures at the federal agency.

In an interview with The Chronicle of Higher Education, Falwell, an early supporter of the president, said he sees the formation of the task force as a response to the federal department’s “overreaching regulation” and micromanagement of accreditation.....

I am not sure of the exact number, but it was roughly 34,879. The number of times to cause Donny's win.

There is only two Constitutionally authorized federal interactions with education

1) determine for the scope of federal government hiring, what a high school diploma, associates, bachelors, masters and PHd degree "means".  In other words, for the CPO to say what requirements must be meet for acceptance as a degree.

2) what does each grade level mean across state lines for students transferring from one state to another.  For example, 4th grade math means this....; 10 th grade civics means .....; 3rd grade English means....

That could be accomplished with a hexadecimal like notation.  English / Math / Science - Language / Arts / Trades
1/1/1-0/0/0 would mean first year English Math and Science and no time recorded in languages arts and tradecraft
A/B/9 - 2/3/1 would mean A=10 nth grade English, 11th grade math, 9th grade science - 2 years in a non-English language / 3 years in art or music and 1 year in trade craft like automotive, CAD, computers, etc.

When a student leaves a school for another state, they could request their "National grade progress code" that the loosing school would issue and then the gaining school would accept as the initial skill level but could if they chose, test to verify the different skills.

I would believe that an organization of less than 100 people could setup and maintain those standards.
