The problem with anonymous twitter accounts that are unverified is they could be anyone claiming to be anything.

This could be some rogue POTUS staff member or this could be a 12 year old kid getting a laugh or a 72 year old Democrat congressman stirring up trouble.

They are making predictions on that account so we should know in a few days whether or not it is bogus or legit.
