McConnell: Courts will decide if Trump's ban is too broad

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Sunday said the courts will decide if President Donald Trump’s ban on nationals from 7 Muslim-majority countries entering the United States is too broad.

“Well, if they're looking to tighten the vetting process, I mean who would be against that?” McConnell asked on ABC’s “This Week.”

“But I am opposed to a religious tests.  The courts are going to determine whether this is too broad.”
