No, I think he will do as he wants regardless of the dangers it creates - he will NOT conform as he never has and never will.
SOS Kerry said yesterday about Trump and Iran, that Trump will do as he wants the one or two years he is in office. I have never agreed with Kerry ever, except he may be right about this - Trump will end up being impeached. I think that is a real possibility before Trump's four years is over.
I don't hate Trump as some on here think I do, but an examination of his behavior since he was born until the present time, tells me who he really is in his mind: There is a truism mental health workers know: "Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior." A study of Trump's life tells me his behavior will never change - as a result, our country is in jeopardy while he is president.
No one can tell him what to do, as he's defeated every opponent in his path. He knows more than the generals, he knows more than the pollsters, etc. Like Obama, he's the smartest guy in the room, he doesn't need anybody to counsel him.
No doubt he's a smart guy, with a seemingly inexhaustible supply of energy. He's a man of action, unafraid to make snap decisions. I'm not sure those are the right attributes for one with the nuclear football...that was the reason why I could not get on the Trump train.
If Trump and the Pubbies blow it, and lose the House in 2018, impeachment will be a certainty IMO. He'll never be convicted, as it takes a 2/3 vote in the Senate.
