He just had a brain fart.

The Georgia Democrat made headlines last week after announcing he and several other Congressional Democrats will boycott President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, but on Monday, a 2001 Washington Post article surfaced, revealing Lewis was pulling a repeat.
