The mummified elongated head of a newborn baby belonging to the ancient Paracas culture has been found in Peru. The finding is suggestive of a genetically elongated skull, since the process of artificial cranial deformation takes at least 6 months to produce the desired effect. Since more than 300 elongated skulls have been found over the years in Paracas, it is possible there was a race of people living there that were born with this curious feature.

The finding was announced by Brien Foerster of  Hidden Inca Tours , who reports that the baby died approximately 2,000 to 2,800 years ago, and was between 0 and 3 months old.  The hair of the baby has been preserved and, like many of the Paracas skulls that have been recovered, is auburn in color, which is inconsistent with the typical black color of the indigenous people. The vertebral column of the baby is further to the back of the skull than normal, which Foerster says “could well indicate an evolutionary adaptation to compensate for the elongated skull”.

The elongated skulls of Paracas in Peru caused a stir in 2014 when a geneticist that carried out  preliminary DNA testing  reported that they have mitochondrial DNA “with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal known so far”. A  second round of DNA testing reported by L.A. Marzulli and completed in 2016, was just as controversial – the skulls tested were shown to have European and Middle Eastern Origin. These surprising results change the known history about how the Americas were populated.

Researcher  Igor Gontcharov reports on the discovery of other babies, and even fetuses, that have been found with elongated skulls .   In 1851, Rivero and Tschudi wrote in  Peruvian Antiquities : “We ourselves have observed the same fact [of the absence of signs of artificial pressure – IG] in many mummies of children of tender age, who, although they had cloths about them, were yet without any vestige or appearance of pressure of the cranium. More still: the same formation of the head presents itself in children yet unborn; and of this truth we have had convincing proof in the sight of a foetus, enclosed in the womb of a mummy of a pregnant woman, which we found in a cave of Huichay, two leagues from Tarma, and which is, at this moment, in our collection.”

IIRC, L.A. Marzzuli believes that some of the nephilium left the middle east for South America when the post flood Israelite's were ordered by God to wipe those tribal groups out.

In terms of the Book of Mormon assertions that the "lost tribes" of Israel came to the Americas way back when--that has been proven exceedingly false per DNA studies.

This current stuff with the elongated heads is a different issue DNA-wise. . . . having NO hint, that I'm aware of, of any Children of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob DNA found in the long-headed folks. HOWEVER, there is evidently some evidence for OTHER tribal groups from the Middle East to have inter-copulated with the critters resulting in the long heads, giants etc. in the South American DNA of the long headed folks.

Yes. I have the Watcher Series. I've met him at a small Native American church giving a weekend of presentations. He's top flight, in my book. A very authentic Christian . . . not all puffed up . . . very personable . . . and his wife is a dear, too. He can readily admit when he's wrong--as he has done at least a time or 3 publicly.

I don't have an opinion on this as to where they came from.  Life goes back millions of years and we will never know all the forms of these individuals.  Remember, according to the Bible, one day is like a thousand years to God.  His day is not like our 24 hr. day.  We don't know all the forms He created.   One day we will know.

QUITE TRUE, imho.

Though in this case . . . there is a growing body of evidence to suggest that these people were a result of nephilium DNA mixture sorts of things going on. I don't recall the details but it seemed convincing at the time I read such evidence.

IIRC, some of the evidence may have had to do with related giants and their horrible behaviors relative to normal humans.

Certainly, as you note, time will tell.

It's called sagittal sysentosis and is a genetic abnormality cause by the plates in a child's head fusing prematurely.  It's common enough that it's one of the tests they run on every newborn.

I don't think that fits the data.

The genetic elongated skulls have a different number of plates compared to normal humans.

There are other anatomical aspects that are clearly NOT part of normal human structures.

Also, the bone densities and strengths are quite different.

I forget the technical term . . . but where the spine connects to the skull is also quite different in nature and location.

I think pictures of what you describe side by side with the true genetic elongated skulls would reveal an obvious difference immediately.
