We traded in a terrible liberal socialist with his own cult of personality for a liberal-lite crony capitalist with his own cult of personality.

Someone was lighting fire crackers here after he was sworn in, they light them up for the 4th, New Years but I never know exactly where it is from. It must be a street over.

Good luck with that.  Trump is gonna go to where he can get the greatest volume of approval from the greatest numbers of people.  That means soundbytes to us Teabaggers and nudges and winks to the Elites.  That means much of what's going on now will keep on keeping on.  Business as usual.

IMHO, from his presentation of himself, Trump lacks the introspection to have formed a coherent political philosophy.  Again IMHO, he got in to have his ego stroked - and as an exercise to see how many people he could manipulate.

Now we know.  And now he's put a huge weight on his shoulders.

Expect him to take the easy way out, each time, every time.
