Federal Judge Blocks Obama's Transgender Health Care Mandate

A federal judge in Texas has issued a nationwide injunction against the controversial Obamacare mandate that opponents say requires religious doctors to violate their medical judgement and religious beliefs to perform gender reassignment surgeries and other transgender procedures.

Yes we still have sanity.  Neither should all Americans be forced to pay through Obamacare for people to change their sex.  If they want to do that they can pay for it themselves.

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.
