President Obama’s eleventh-hour response to alleged Russian interference in the U.S. election has some people wondering if the timing was motivated by politics.
After Obama announced the expulsion of 35 Russian operatives and sanctions against two Russian facilities and intelligence services in the U.S., Donald Trump’s senior adviser Kellyanne Conway questioned whether the moves were meant to “box in” the President-elect.
On Fox News’ “Outnumbered,” co-host Kennedy agreed that the protestations against Russian hacking of the U.S. election and the ultimate sanctions by the Obama administration seem politically motivated, and may not even be an issue if Hillary Clinton had won the election.
