There were quite a few "prophecies" out there where people claimed Trump was going to be victorious, I bookmarked one web page asserting that.

The good Rabbi in the embedded video below is hard to understand, what with his accent. The video has over 12,000 views. Most of the comments are from true believers in Bible code.

I have been watching a number of Bible prophecy videos that claim that Trump will be elected. Per this research, the startling information that the word “Trump” appears in the Bible twice is mind-blowing. The Trump of the Bible is associated with the rapture, which I suppose includes the resurrection of the dead.
The destiny of Donald Trump is intimately tied up with the destiny of America.
It’s reasonable to suppose that if GOD wishes America to not become an Islamic worshipping nation that He would have to intervene in American political affairs.

"Trump" is too short a word to be statistically significant as being likely beyond chance.

IIRC, they consider at this point in the investigation of the codes--that a code needs to have at least 30 letters in it to be statistically significant as being well beyond chance.
I think one Isaiah code has more than 150 letters in it.
There is an exception in terms of what's called a mosaic code--when the surface text is mapped out at whatever letter skip, shorter codes can be significant IF there are a cluster of them--at least several to say a dozen--around a surface text with keywords the same as are found in the code. That sort of thing is certainly statistically significant but with shorter codes. It's because of the geography as well as the significance of the key words involved in the code and the surface text.
For a Trump code to be significant, there would have to be enough additional letters/words to make a somewhat sensible sentence or phrase that was long enough to cross the threshold of statistical significance as being well beyond chance occurrence.
Drosnin's popularized books were full of bogus codes that did NOT go beyond the threshold of chance occurrence.
There is a reality to the authentic Bible codes. However, one needs to check the details.
And most authentic Code researchers deplore using the codes to predict anything. They argue that it violates statistical theory and probability theory etc. etc. I'm not sure that's absolutely totally true but there are arguments on both sides.
Netanyahu was predicted to be Israel's ruler twice in a code. He has been/is. And, there was a prediction of an assassination attempt on his life, as well.
And, often, the codes are cryptic and mystifying enough that it's not clear until after the event happens how the code applied--which is true of some of the surface text prophecies, as well.
It does sometimes seem to be the case where a code will not appear to exceed the statistical significance of being well beyond a chance probability yet it comes true. I guess the best that can be said is that said code did not pass the statistical bar of being beyond chance--yet it happened. So, maybe our bar is sometimes too high.
But I think it's better to have the bar very high to filter out all the nonsense.
