Perhaps we have a different definition/understanding of "philosophical."

I consider it to be a fairly dictionary definition of dealing with "ultimate realities," "ethics," "values," etc.  . . . the "system of principles" definition could also apply.

I don't think of too many things besides the life and health of  our children that deal more nitty-gritt-i-ly with ultimate realities and ethics.

IF The big pharma corps headed by the ruthless globalists could be TRUSTED to deal with their customers in an exceedingly ethical manner, there would likely have never been a significant problem with vaccines.

I think it's been conclusively demonstrated that Big Pharma are among the LEAST trustworthy and MOST ruthless, greedy, maniacal, genocidal tools of the  globalist oligarchy. At least they are far more interested in money, greed, power than in the wholesale welfare of their customers and potential customers.

IF all the researchers could be trusted to deal in absolutely objective facts ONLY, that would have enhanced the odds of folks not being unnecessary victims of schlocky or depopulating or other evil goals of Big Pharma and their bosses.

Alas . . . IF pigs could fly . . . it would be a very different reality, indeed.

The title is the most inflammatory part of the book. What you get inside is a look at the process of how vaccines are made etc, it's pretty dry reading. It breaks it down one shot at a time and has an appendix filled with studies if you want to fact check it. The conclusions, if you can call it that, are not entirely anti-vaccine.
