Harvard professor says 20 GOP voters may flip against Trump

Harvard University law professor Larry Lessig said Tuesday that 20 Republican Electoral College voters are considering flipping to vote against Donald Trump, more than half the number of anti-Trump votes needed to stall the president-elect from being sworn into office.

"Obviously, whether an elector ultimately votes his or her conscience will depend in part upon whether there are enough doing the same. We now believe there are more than half the number needed to change the result seriously considering making that vote," Lessig told Politico.

I would be surprised if more than 1 or 2 flipped.

Depending on the state, those couple of votes most likely just wouldn't count.

Where is the proof that all these electors will vote against Trump?  Did this professor survey all the electors?  Or is he blowing smoke out of a certain orifice? 

I doubt too many, if any, electors will vote differently from what they are committed to do.  And if a few do, they won't make much of a difference in the ultimate outcome. 

People, Trump will be President next month.  Deal with it.

If they flip this "election" of Trump then chaos will ensure.  Please, make it happen.  Better chaos than Trump's fascism.

Can we get a new rule?  No more Harvard graduates or professors are allowed to speak to the media, consult with the government, or hold a government position.

Their track record couldn't be any worse.
